Holy Cross Regional High School was the vision of Father Foran. He was passionate about providing a regional Catholic high school for students from the Fraser Valley and in September of 1982, because the new school building had not yet been completed, Holy Cross began classes at the former St. Angela’s Academy in Delta, BC. The founding principal was Mr. Robert DeJulius, (who retired in 2010) and the founding Vice-Principal, was Mr. Stanley Kazun, (who recently retired in 2020). By September of 1983, construction was completed on a new building and Holy Cross Regional High School moved to North Surrey.
